This is a very personal album for me. And let us get one thing straight: I am not releasing it out ov spite or hate or any other emotion that one would feel when something tumultuous happens in their lives. No, I'm releasing it because I need to let it free. Here is my next demo for 2010, after N'Gasta. I call it "Love's Funeral Pyre". I don't care if you love it or hate it or aren't moved by it in any sense ov the word. I created it because ov one person and, building up these negative energies and feelings, I need to let it go. So here it is.
Furthermore, my release, Forgotten Paths. . . ., is now available through Black Ambient Records, released on Oct. 5. It seems I misjudged them for their lack ov innovation. Oh well, after all, I am only human. Here is the link for it.
Herein is my first exploration into the grimness and raw hatred ov the north. My first project, Vinterblot, has been around since 2007, though I never was very productive with it. Here is my first ever demo, created in 2008, entitled Beyond Reality.
My second work for Vinterblot, a higher quality sound as well as more cohesive drumming. It was created in 2009 and explores more thoroughly the depths ov Viking Philosophy. I named it, Let Winter Rage Eternally. . . .
My second grimwork ov hate for Valkynaz came only a couple months later in 2009. It was yet another demo and I named it, For Kin and Valkyn. Within it is an anthem to my dear friend Azordon and songs I vomited forth in sheer hate for humanity.
2. Blut und Hass
3. Grimwork III [For Azordon]
4. For Kin and Valkyn
5. Die Tore Zu Stürmen
6. Rainfall Over Tamriel
No longer Available for Download.
Third album came in the form ov a split with my friend Azordon. It had no title on it, but it was a mile-marker for Valkynaz. It was the first split I had ever made and it came out in October ov 2009.
